Campaign setup details
The brand's original campaign-setup submission — brand + product info, campaign narrative, viral triggers, target audience, budget and CPM strategy, and what to show / avoid. Read-only; edits are made on the brand's Influence dashboard.
Instagram DM template
Sent as a Priority Message Request to creators without an email so
it lands in the recipient’s main inbox instead of the general
Requests folder. Supports the same
{firstName}, {brandName},
{campaignName} placeholders as the email templates.
WhatsApp / iMessage brief
Sent as the first WhatsApp/iMessage reply once a Used creator says
“Hi” — a short intro to the brand and product, before the
actual offer. Ends with a yes/no interest check automatically;
just write the pitch. Leave blank to use a generic fallback.
Supports the same {firstName}, {brandName},
{campaignName} placeholders as the email templates.
Content brief
The master brief for this campaign — the parts that are the same for every creator. After a creator signs, this merges with their name, usage rights, expected views and the per-creator tracked, review and post links into a ready-to-send brief; the hand-off only adds an optional creator-specific creative angle.
Creators
Guidelines
Universal instructions for the AI when it reads creator replies and writes negotiation emails. Added to every AI prompt. (Outreach & follow-up emails are configured in Instantly.ai, not here.)
When this is off, every creator reply is flagged for a human at the top of the campaign activity list. When on, the AI uses the Guidelines below + few-shot examples to draft replies automatically.
Restated as the last instruction in every AI email prompt, so it outranks the built-in templates and rules — it can drop a section or a phrase the templates still contain. It only shapes emails the AI writes: fixed sends (follow-ups, the contract and content-brief emails) are unaffected.
The universal filming & posting rules included in every creator's content brief (the same across all campaigns). Campaign-specific details live on each campaign's Content brief card; the creative direction is added per creator at the brief hand-off. Leave blank to use the built-in default.
Each reply type below shows the current master prompt Claude follows (view-only) and a single-line box where you tell it what to change. Write a plain instruction — a literal substitution ("change X to Y") or an additive rule ("keep it under 3 short lines", "never use exclamation marks") — and hit Save. Claude will actually rewrite the master prompt applying your instruction and show you the result in a preview under the card. Nothing is applied until you click "Confirm and save". Leave empty and Save to clear your override and restore the default. Deal terms and offer numbers are never changed from here — those come from the offer configurator.
